Fantastic experience. Had flight troubles and called ahead, they were happy to accommodate accordingly which really set a fantastic tone for the entire stay. They also allowed us to check our bags while we walked around before leaving for our flight. The service and location are outstanding.
Absolutely beautiful Hotel a couple of blocks from city centre. Hotel rooms are beautifully decorated, stocked with nice furniture and beautiful linens. The Nespresso coffee machine is a nice touch to and superb attention to detail. Although the hotel is beautiful, it is the staff that separates this establishment from the competition! Beautiful people, offer a higher standard of service than the average big chain hotel. Go ahead and book in to this hotel, your mind and body will thank you and it will no doubt become your favourite place to stay outside of your home. Well done to the owners and staff for a beautiful establishment
My stay at this hotel was lovely. The whole team’s dedication to service is above reproach. The view from my room was inspiring and gave a picturesque view of architecture. I am grateful for the hospitality.
Beautiful modern and spacious room with big windows and a big bathroom with a rain shower. Coffee maker with pods in the room It was convenient to everything. Receptionist and the man who held our bags in the bag room were very helpful. They also have an ATM.
Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was fantastic as was the service at breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. Valet parking definitely a perk in Montreal. I didn't have a pet with me, but love it's pet friendly vibe.
Hotel 10 is perfectly located (walking distance to so many cool areas, restaurants and felt very safe) yet quiet enough to get a great night sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. As pet friendly as it was, I didn't hear any other dogs (even though I knew there were some, including our own). I would highly recommend Hotel 10 and we will stay here again for sure.
Great location and enjoyed the valet service. Only negative is the curtain in the showers, you have a very nice renovated bathroom with and in sanitary shower curtain
After a very disappointing stay in Quebec City, I was beyond thrilled about my stay in Montreal at Hotel 10. I would absolutely recommend it. From the atmosphere, to the food, to the staff, I had a really great stay. Travelling solo as a female I am also very happy to say that I felt extremely safe and comfortable in both the hotel, and the area. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here if you’re in Montreal! Thank you Hotel 10 for convincing this Ontario girl to come back to Montreal ASAP :)
